• Registration data: full name, email address, provided via Google OAuth.
• Profile data: public alias, WhatsApp number, profile picture, user type, company (if applicable).
• Search data: real estate search criteria such as area, budget, property type and preferences.
• Usage data: interactions with the Platform, messages sent, proposals received.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access logs.

3. Purposes of processing

• Manage the registration and authentication of users on the Platform.
• Facilitate the connection between home seekers and real estate professionals.
• Send service-related notifications (new proposals, messages, appointments).
• Improve the user experience and the functioning of the Platform.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your personal data is based on: (i) the execution of the service contract derived from registration on the Platform; (ii) compliance with legal obligations; and (iii) the legitimate interest of Capto in improving its services and ensuring the security of the Platform.

5. Disclosure of data to third parties

Capto does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared with:

• Registered real estate professionals, only the profile information necessary to manage proposals (alias, photo, search criteria). Direct contact (email, phone) is only shared when the user accepts a proposal.
• Technology providers that provide services on behalf of Capto (hosting, cloud infrastructure), subject to confidentiality agreements.
• Competent authorities, when required by law.

6. Data retention

Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes and, in any case, while an active contractual relationship exists. Once said relationship has ended, the data will be blocked and deleted in accordance with legally established periods.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, you have the right to:

• Access: know what personal data we process about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: receive your data in a structured and readable format.
• Objection and restriction: object to or restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

8. Security

Capto applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no Internet data transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
