Capto is a real estate connection platform that connects home seekers with properties. Seekers publish their criteria and owners receive notifications when there's a real match.
Yes. Registration and basic use of Capto is completely free for both seekers and individual owners. You can publish your search or your property at no cost.
Click 'Log in' at the top of the page. You can register with your Google account or your email. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
Yes. We comply with GDPR and LOPD regulations. Your personal data is protected and your identity is anonymous to other users until you decide to connect. Conversations are held within the platform.
For Seekers
After registering and selecting the 'Seeker' role, you access the search form. You define area, budget, property type, bedrooms and special conditions. In 5 minutes your search is active.
It depends on the supply in your area. As soon as an owner uploads a compatible property, the system automatically generates the match and notifies them. Some users receive proposals within the first 24 hours.
Yes, at any time from your panel. You can edit your criteria, temporarily pause your search or close it when you've already found what you were looking for.
No. Your real identity is anonymous on the platform. Owners see your search criteria and an alias, not your name or contact details, until you decide to connect.
For Owners
Register as an owner, go to 'Add property' and complete the form with photos, description, price and features. In less than 10 minutes your property is active and matching begins.
Every morning you receive an email with the seekers who have matched with your properties. It includes their criteria, budget, urgency and profile. You decide which ones to respond to.
No. Capto does not charge commissions for the transaction. The transaction is carried out directly between the parties, outside the platform. Capto only acts as a connection channel.
Yes, you can publish as many properties as you need in your account.
For Agencies
When registering, select the account type 'Agency / Professional'. You can customize your profile with your agency's name and logo, and start publishing properties from your portfolio.
Just like for individual owners: every morning you receive an email with the seekers who match your properties. You know their full profile before contacting them, which optimizes your commercial management.
